Metropolitan Project
The Metropolitan Project is a global initiative intended to reinvigorate our China market business. James spent two months in-market working with regional and global partners to develop this concept and guidelines. The premise of the Metropolitan Project is to engage the style seeker and metropolitan athlete consumer in a smaller store environment. What started as a 69 store project in 2017 is expanding to 600 doors in 2018.
Standards Guide
The Visual Standards Guide was developed as the foundational building block for merchandising stores, flagship to shop-in-shop. It explains the basics from zoning a store to folding and merchandising a collection. It includes the complete kit of parts needed to help bring to life our brand in-store.
